Because there are so many different options, it can be bewildering. Having created hiring programs for many of the world's best companies and having observed and experienced what worked and what did not work, we know how to quickly install, build and ramp up a program. Once the program is set up, the keys are handed off to you along with the knowledge of how to run a successful program.
It depends on the scope. The first step is to identify the problem with the existing veteran program if one exists and then the scope of work required to solve it. Through a proper sequence of steps, a successful program will obtain internal executive buy-in, establish goals, execute on steps to gain alignment, create a sourcing plan internally and with partners, and then create on-boarding and retention processes. This can include the establishment of a Skillbridge program, technical apprenticeship programs, and hiring manager training modules. There is a lot to this but we can zero in on what is the most necessary, keep it simple and create immediate impact.
Absolutely. With 30 years of leadership experience in the military recruiting sector, we know the military talent landscape better than anyone.
