Email Mike Starich at mike.starich@siprosearch.com with your resume and some basic information.  Why are you looking?  What are you looking for in terms of industry sector, positions, compensation, locations, etc.?  When is your best timing?  Level of confidentiality?  Most typically, I will find you for a search I am conducting.  If you have an initial interest in the opportunity, we will need to talk for an initial screen and various talking checkpoints as the engagement progresses. 

Yes, our clients demand proper vetting of our candidates. A DD-214 with your SSN blacked out shall suffice.  

No, we work a wide spectrum of opportunities.  While we seek first to include industry-experienced veterans, we seek the best matches for our clients' needs.  For example, it can be difficult to find veterans with the proper finance and accounting backgrounds for a CFO or Controller role so we will expand the search to non-veterans.

By the client of course.  However, we do ask you for honesty, responsiveness and follow-up once we begin an engagement together and we will do the same for you.
